Oil on linen panel. On a trip to NYC a few years ago with my husband for a show at the Salmagundi we walked and walked and I saw this guy and KNEW it would be a great painting. I snapped his photo and it sat in my files until it called me to paint. He just looked so lonely sitting all alone, waiting.
