Every Spring the air around my home fills with the scent of the Mock Orange blossoms. It is intoxicating; the humming of pollinating insects would probably agree as well. My daughter loves to cut a few sprigs off the tree and place them in a jelly jar. It's my favorite bouquet of all times.
