The rushing waters of Great Falls in Virginia are fast and full of white foam. It's exciting to watch the force of the water as it winds around boulders. On this particular fall day, I was enamored with the competing warmth of the tree foliage again the cool blue waters. The style is impressionistic so that it is the colors that steal the show and not the details of every leaf.
