This painting is with pastels on PastelMat. Walking at Fairchild Tropical Gardens in Coral Gables, Florida I was looking for inspiration to do my second plein air painting. Seeing this lady raking leaves by the lake with her permission decided to take some photos and sat across the lake to paint her. I really enjoyed painting outdoors under such a pleasant atmosphere.
